I am now offering one to one classes which are either a half or full day. These are specifically tailored to your needs. I will analyse your food photography skills and propose how we can build on them and improve your confidence and capability with hands on practice in a working food studio. We will use your current medium, be it phone or camera, and explore composition, lighting, post production and the thinking behind each image you create.
Please contact me to discuss your interest in these lessons and I will suggest what I can offer. Give me a call 07960613638 or email charlotte@charlottetlhurst.com.

Did you learn a lot on the day?
Yes – I definitely did. I came away feeling I had been given a real insight into the world of food photography and what is involved in order to capture beautiful images. Its was really valuable being able to learn some of your tricks of the trade to improve shots with your great box of tricks, and the importance of shooting on a tripod and tethered (a very new approach for me!), as well as how vital props and the styling part of the shoot is. It was also very helpful watching you shoot, as well as working on creating a product shot and talking through the importance of thinking about your audience, how shots will be used etc.
Did the day deliver what you had hoped?
Yes! It was so helpful to have the day tailored to my needs. Also, both watching you shoot, and getting the chance to shoot myself as well as having a go at styling decisions, made for a brilliant way to learn.
Did you feel at ease on the day having one on one tuition?
Yes I really did. You made it feel very relaxed yet professional at the same time.
Do you feel confident to go and create your own imagery after doing the class?
I absolutely feel much more equipped now, but am very aware it is going to take a good deal of practise!
